1. Overview
At Braxylonphep, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Vita5Corex. We have established this Return Policy to provide a straightforward and fair process for returns and refunds, consistent with your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 and other applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.

2. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return and initiate the return process. The delivery date is determined by the tracking information provided by our logistics partner. Returns requested outside this 30-day window will not be accepted, except where required by mandatory consumer protection law.
3. Eligibility Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

- The Product must be returned in its original, unopened condition with all original packaging, seals, and labeling intact.
- The Product must not have been tampered with, damaged by the customer, or used.
- The return request must be submitted within the 30-day window described in Section 2.
- Proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or order number) must be provided.
3.2 Non-Eligible Returns
The following items and circumstances are not eligible for a return or refund:
- Opened products: Due to health and safety regulations governing food supplements and Natural Health Products, we cannot accept returns of products whose tamper-evident seal has been broken or whose packaging has been opened.
- Products returned after the 30-day window (except where required by law).
- Products that have been damaged, altered, or defaced by the customer after delivery.
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers. Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from braxylonphep.world.
- Returns initiated by changing your mind after receiving and opening the product (subject to mandatory consumer protection rights).
3.3 Exceptions — Defective or Incorrectly Supplied Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what you ordered, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement regardless of whether the product has been opened. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage. We will arrange return shipping at our cost in such circumstances.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within the return window. Send an email to inquiry@braxylonphep.world with the subject line "Return Request – [Your Order Number]." Include your full name, order number, reason for return, and photographs if returning a defective or damaged item.
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If your request is approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and the return shipping address.
- Ship the product back to us. Package the product securely in its original packaging. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the product to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in return transit unless we have arranged return shipping.
- Receive your refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund as described in Section 5 below.
Do not return products without first obtaining an RMA number. Returns without a valid RMA number may be refused or may cause delays in processing your refund.
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Refund Amount
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned product, we will issue a refund of the original purchase price paid for the Product in Canadian dollars (CAD). The following deductions may apply:
- Original shipping charges (if any were charged on your order) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or as required by applicable law.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we arrange return shipping (e.g., for defective or incorrectly supplied products).
5.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., to your credit or debit card, or PayPal account). We do not issue refunds in cash or by cheque in ordinary circumstances.
5.3 Refund Timeline
We aim to process refunds within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Once processed, the time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and financial institution, typically:
- Credit/debit card refunds: 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- PayPal refunds: 3–5 business days.
We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. If you do not receive your refund within 14 business days of our confirmation, please first check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us if the issue persists.
6. Cancellations
6.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order at no charge if it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email us immediately at inquiry@braxylonphep.world with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line and your order number. We will confirm cancellation by email. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible and you must follow the return procedure in Section 4.
6.2 Cancellation After Dispatch
If your order has been dispatched, you can still return the product upon delivery by following the standard return process described in this Policy. Please do not refuse delivery — refused packages may incur additional costs and delays.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different product or quantity, please return your original order (subject to the eligibility conditions in Section 3) and place a new order.
8. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return Policy limits or affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable Canadian federal and provincial legislation, including but not limited to:
- The Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, including provisions regarding direct agreements, internet agreements, and cooling-off periods.
- The Sale of Goods Act (Ontario), which implies terms regarding satisfactory quality and fitness for purpose.
- Applicable federal consumer protection legislation under the Competition Act and related regulations.
Your statutory rights exist independently of and in addition to the rights provided by this Policy.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a return or refund request, please contact our customer service team to escalate the matter. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may contact:

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be published on this page with the effective date. Changes apply only to orders placed after the effective date of the revision. Your statutory rights are not affected by any changes.
