These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Braxylonphep ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the website at braxylonphep.world (the "Website") and the purchase of the dietary supplement Vita5Corex and related products (collectively, the "Products").

By accessing the Website, placing an order, or submitting a contact form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

All claims and statements on the Website regarding the Product relate to nutritional support only and are made in accordance with applicable Canadian Natural Health Product regulations.

3. Eligibility

Our Products are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.

Our Products are marketed and sold for delivery in Canada. We do not guarantee availability or regulatory compliance for delivery to all international destinations. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the importation of dietary supplements is permitted in their jurisdiction.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

4.1 Placing an Order

When you complete and submit the order form on our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the Product described at the price displayed. Your order constitutes an offer only — no binding contract is formed until we send you an order confirmation email.

4.2 Order Confirmation

We will send an automated confirmation email to the email address you provided upon receipt of your order. This email acknowledges that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch the Product and send you a shipping confirmation.

4.3 Order Rejection

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or inability to deliver to your location. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

4.4 Pricing

All prices displayed on the Website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable Canadian sales taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed before the order is confirmed.

5. Payment

6. Delivery and Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Dispatch times may be extended during public holidays, promotional periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 Delivery Times

Standard delivery within Canada typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination province. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Canada Post, courier services, customs, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

6.3 Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for non-delivery or delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order. If a re-delivery charge is incurred due to an address error on your part, we reserve the right to pass this cost on to you.

6.4 Risk and Title

Title and risk of loss in the Products pass to you upon delivery to the address you specified. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and take appropriate action.

6.5 Free Shipping

Where free shipping is offered, it applies to standard delivery within Canada on orders meeting the qualifying threshold stated on the Website at the time of order. Free shipping thresholds may change from time to time.

7. Product Use and Disclaimer

Vita5Corex is a food supplement intended to complement, not replace, a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The following disclaimers apply:
